What a night.
An electric evening at the Stadium of Light saw the Lads take a 1-0 win into a massive second leg at Hillsborough and - come what may - it was a memorable night on Wearside, harking back to the early days of SOL.

The play offs are back and, once again, we are in them.
It's a going to be a nerve wracking few games and Sunderland and Alex Neil will hope to go one better than they did last season with a win over Sheffield Wednesday.

An oddly comfortable afternoon for the Lads saw Nathan Broadhead's early goal clinch a play-off spot, as we went 13 games unbeaten with a 1-0 win over Morecambe.
Sheffield Wednesday await us next, as we look to progress to Wembley and hopefully, finally, get out of League One after four long seasons.

Whisper it quietly, but Sunderland might just be the team heading into the play-offs in form.
An excellent 5-1 win over Cambridge United continued the Lads unbeaten run and takes us to 80 points.
We did a live on the go one this week, as I welcome Sunderland Central Scotland's Phil and Gaz for a post match, bit pissed, trains noises in the background review of a big win.
